Cooperating Volunteers, S.L. is responsible for processing the User’s personal data. As such, you are hereby given the following information regarding the processing:
- Purpose of the processing: to address and manage the payments for the applications to work on the various volunteering programmes listed on our website, which are made by the possible volunteers or entities via this form. By filling out this online application, you will be asked to provide a series of personal information and indicate the volunteering programme that you are applying to and the duration for which you would like to work on it.
- Legitimisation: by ticking the ‘I accept’ box, you are providing your consent for your data to be processed for the purposes of this form.
- Data storage criteria: your data will be stored for as long as a mutual interest remains in maintaining the purpose of the processing; when this is no longer necessary, your data will be deleted with appropriate security measures by means of guaranteeing the anonymity of your data.
- Recipients: international data transfer
By accepting our terms and conditions and our privacy policy, you expressly agree that your data will be sent to the countries where Cooperating Volunteers, S.L.’s collaborating entities work. Should you not expressly agree to this, we will be unable to process your volunteer application. Our organisation will try to make the utmost effort to ensure that your data is treated with the greatest confidentiality and security, however under no circumstances will it be held responsible should these precepts not be fulfilled. In any case, you can ask us for more information about the processing and destination of your data.
- Web developers and the company that hosts us on its servers will also have access. All of the above companies have a regular agreement with us to access to the data exclusively for the purposes described here. The data will not be sent to any other third party for their processing, except in case of legal obligations.
- Rights of the User:
- Right to withdraw consent at any moment. Right to object to the portability of his/her personal data. Rights of access, rectification and deletion of data, and the limitation or opposition to the processing thereof.
