Yoga is an ancient discipline that originated in India over 4,000 years ago. Its techniques help improve your physical, mental, and emotional state. If you’re interested in volunteering for this program in Thailand, we offer it, but first, you should know the benefits of yoga:
- Reduces anxiety and stress.

If you’re interested in delving into the world of yoga, at Cooperating Volunteers, we have an immersion yoga program. It takes place in Thailand, specifically in the city of Hua Hin. Participating in this program is an opportunity for meditation enthusiasts, but also for those who want to start. In both cases, you won’t find a better place than experiencing meditation on Thai beaches.

Points of Interest
Before embarking on your experience, we want you to know some interesting facts about Thailand that will affect you. One of them is the cuisine. Thai cuisine, which you’ll get to experience during your volunteering, mainly consists of pork, beef, and chicken, always accompanied by vegetables and spices. Some of the most prominent dishes include spring rolls or fried noodles.
Another point we want to highlight for you to consider during your stay are the tourist attractions. Undoubtedly, in Hua Hin, the beaches are the main attraction, but we also recommend visiting places like the Cicada Market or the Hutsadin Elephant Foundation, among others that you can discover right there.
