The medical volunteer program takes place in the city of Nam Định. This program is suitable for volunteers looking to enhance their medical knowledge, as it allows them to observe the day-to-day activities in their assigned hospital and appreciate the operational differences between the healthcare system of a developed country and the same system in developing countries.
